Media Policy

- Photography and video recording of sessions is allowed for personal use. However, please be respectful of the speakers and fellow attendees.
- For any commercial use (including social media posts, publications, etc.), prior consent from the speakers and conference organizers is required.

- Live streaming of sessions is not permitted without prior approval from the conference organizers.

- Attendees are welcome to take notes, audio, or video recordings for personal reference, provided they comply with the respect and privacy of others.

- All speakers will be informed if their presentation is being recorded. Consent for such recording will be obtained in advance.

- Recordings made by the conference organizers for promotional or educational purposes may be shared post-conference. Attendees will be informed about any such distributions.

- Attendees must refrain from recording discussions that involve confidential information or proprietary content shared by speakers or panelists.

- Any attendee found violating this policy may be asked to stop recording and/or may be removed from the conference.

- Violations of this policy may result in legal action. The conference organizers reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against individuals who record, distribute, or use any audio or visual materials from the event without proper authorization, including but not limited to seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief.
